SF might well be unique in the sense that it does many things that other games do not... This however does not mean that SF is a great game just because of this... Its still just an average game no matter how many things it does...

If you didn't buy 10+ years old potato, then it has secure boot, you just don't know how to enable it. 😁

Being bad at salvaging ships isn't the same as getting scammed, you really don't know how to face the fact that these are your own problems do you? Figuring out the ins and outs of ship recovery takes a little trial and error, just keep practicing and you'll get better

There is only the one manipulator arm, there are mods that add a more robust one if you want to look into mods to find more things to be mad about

It's impressive to me that you insist on hate playing this game, but from your list of reviews (all negative, all with ridiculous amounts of play time logged) I guess that's just how you are. I can't say I relate to that kind of persistently negative attitude, it can't be good for you

My advice for salvage is to take it slow, maybe turn off your front facing thrusters if they get in the way, the vulture prospector makes for a great salvage tug if you don't think buying new ships is a scam too somehow

Hi folks. I recently unlocked the purple systems in my recent game, and after doing so, most of my old missions which I hadn't completed yet all direct me to another galaxy. Of course, I realize there are other galaxies...and I had to go to one in order to finish other things. But now, most of my missions which have a specific location tied to them send me to this other galaxy via a space station....and then it goes no where. I'm certain these missions were from the Euclid Galaxy where I started. Any thoughts?

It's as casual as a mobile game on a phone. There's a reason why monsters are permanently staggered and hunts last 3 minutes out of 50 minutes given.

Only the endgame has been updated, the entire progression is meaningless and forgettable due to how easy it is (which is very ironic, considering progression is the most important aspect of an RPG)

I personally like the level up system from fallout 3 and new vegas alot more (spending points).
and I really hope there's not such a annoying "I have to rescue a family member" story....
That kills the immersion of the "sole survivor".
