If your main game is WH3, I'd highly suggest to get a 9070 (xt) and return/sell any 5000 series card. Even the 9070 is better than the 5070 ti in pure raster, like wh3, which hammers its raw performance and the vram bus. The 5000 series are very problematic, not only for wh3. You will get butter smooth performance with 9070 (xt), most importantly stable framepacing and can play native without framegen aka nvidia's smooth motion, which causes all kinds of artifacting and ghosting. It's simply not possible to play wh3 natively with any 5000 gpu... that's why I didn't bought the 5070 ti, which I had my eyes on initially and went with amd.

This is NOT CA's fault, but purely on Nvidia (it worked with < 5000 series and CA is not responsible for Nvidia's mess, nor do they owe you), even when amd radeon always plays best with tw games (and most games for that matter), it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ drivers and hardware stack implementation by nvidia that are cutting corners and upshifting tiers to get as most profit as possible vs delivering value for money, like you can get with amd.
Unless you need cuda, blender, tensor or best hw encoder, there is no reason to go with nvidia, at all. Nvidia always has worse latency and framepacing than amd radeon since rdna3. The only edge nvidia has for gaming is that it usually is plug-and-play (like apple) vs amd that requires some tweaking to get the best experience (like android), but when you do that, it outshines nvidia by a mile (e.g. sync and render flip issues at worst, for people who got complex systems like mine, but once you fix this, you get rock solid perf and efficient setup).

You can easily verify this with recording the framepacing and notice how much more nvidia (micro) stutters vs amd, with much wider consistent fluctuations in frametimes and this goes all the way back to the 3000 series (which I've also owned), as also witnessed by Kitguru who made an entire video for wh3 specifically on Youtube. This STILL is the case today with nvidia, for any game for that matter. You simply will never get that peak immersion with nvidia, I know, because I also tested with a 4090. There are always from time to time huge frametime spikes, causing (micro) stutters out of nowhere. You can also verify it has much worse latency with latencymon than amd, it always goes back to nvidia drivers, but ignorant people always blame amd for ♥♥♥♥♥♥ drivers, which is ironic, since it's the complete opposite and not blaming MS that automatically update their amd drivers with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ MS ones... same as SOME people do by blaming CA when it's Nvidia whose to blame for.

Conclusion:
Get a rx 9070 (xt) and ditch any rtx 5000 gpu. Don't expect any fix from nvidia (soon or ever, it might be unfixable if it's on the hardware level and any driver update from nvidia since last year makes matters worse and worse, also for 3000 series, hence my upgrade to amd and it exceeded my expectations with butter smooth experience and zero problems). I don't expect CA to fix this either and it's NOT their responsibility doing so, when everything worked fine for ages and only the 5000 series have this problem. Why spend resources on something they maybe even cannot fix as it's out of their control and domain, that doesn't make any sense. There is a reason why the 5000 series (except 5080-5090) are below msrp and why they get an additional price cut, which is unheard of from nvidia...
