There seems to be limit how far ships can operate from their home bace, so if you want to cover larger area you need to have several homebaces to several separate fleets!
So there is nor forced nerf, but in practice you should split your fleet to smaller parts. And that is very good way of doing it!
Main reason in WW2 why there was not so often doomstacks was that you have to protect your concoys in so many different areas, that your fleet was spread out instead of being one big chunk.

is the luxury housing you are building right now in the screenshot not enough to kill the revolt?
if its not enough build some precincts for enforcer jobs

Good update the map borders and objectives staying visible in ADS have killed me alot

Winning is impossible you are dead right when the game is full of bots at every level and when you are up against the matchmaking like this!
Red team: E50 Monster, Maus, E100, E75 and a T110, Minotauro.
Green team: E100, 50TP, Conqueror, T95, Sheridan, Strv K, Object 260

Very very fair matchmaking............
