U have there a OP ability bonus for weapons X 6mods stack
150% base dmg @ 1.5% chance X 6mods = 9% chance per 1 ammo to do 150% dmg X avg 50 round magazine. Its not bot enough for u?
And more abilitys come in future 100%

Ok so to recap:
-Reduced Sensors scrap cost
-Reduced Weapons scrap cost
-Reduced Door Control scrap cost
is pretty big and universal

Also there's kind of a soft nerf to the necro barge boss, with bloatmites dying faster and doors being cheaper, makes it easier to isolate them. Husk rack buff also matters most vs the death boss.

Other changes are pretty much ♥♥♥♥ weapons being less ♥♥♥♥ to make them more viable.

Seeker missiles firing 6 at random systems? Does this mean PER CONSUMABLE? surely not that sounds op af. I'll have to try that one.

overall sounds like decent and sensible changes.

With Tyranids wave, appear lictors unkilleable so you cant continue and end the wave, inmune to melee, range or granades

I am playing on a GTX 1650, getting 40 to 60 FPS in performance mode
