Another thing I forgot to mention was that it was a gentle tribe, so they wouldn't of known how to counter power armor (most likely). If someone just pulls up with a pulse rifle and marine armor, along with being a full cyborg, odds are there wouldn't be anyone to tell the tale. Even if someone runs away, they wouldn't have the knowledge of how to counter it unless they either had knowledge of the armor prior or could take a very good look at it in the scuffle.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isnt this set in thousands of years of conflict on this rim planet? Its silly to assume tribals have no passed down stories and havent adapted to plasteel, which is the most common metal here after the centuries of battles have compacted it into easily minable veins.. not to mention player tribals have no problems researching and developing, thus its easily said tribals are intentionally staying in a primitive lifestyle.. they most likely are using the most sophisticated bow designs possible. Exceeding our modern day recurve reflex etc bows.. with specialized arrow heads. Bcuz at some point in this conflict a tribe would have won a battle whether by luck or skill, and a "too smart" etc genius to read the records of their enemy and adapt their tech

Tactically there would be good reason to stay on what seems like primitive tech. Being unassuming with nothing to gain besides some pemmican.. isnt that already what players are taught to do? Lowering the value of their settlement? Tribals learned thats the only way to survive long term. They intentionally regressed into primitiveness. Most likely theres some psychic field etc of the planet that determines the universal hatred to raid.. afterall theres no logical reason unknown forces stumble across your base seemingly knowing how much you're worth/ how much forces to send.. the planet never wanted anyone to leave, thats why the player base is so universally assaulted at every turn. Everyone else succumbed to the inevitability
