It's also bad for them since they used the voice and likeness of a real person likely without consent or compensation, doesn't mater if it wasnt them who created it, their company let it happen.

Those negative comments Bunny was reading were extremely basic and leading into the promotion of the Breakthrough season. To have AI do something like that, they would have to first train the AI to know what the content of the upcoming season is, and then ask them to write a negative comment that leads into the promotion of those seasonal updates and improvements while contrasting against them gently.

Not saying it's impossible to do, but who would waste their time with that? The reason it sounded janky is because it was all done in Korean originally, and then translated into English.

Too many people just don't understand what AI is or why/how it's used. They're just afraid of it and blaming it, because other people have told them to be afraid of it and to blame it for everything. I trust you are genuinely an intelligent person, so please do some independent research into why AI is often implemented in different fields.
Spoiler though, it's mostly done for efficiency.
