Trade is automated in 1.9.x. You can see what you're trading on the right of your screen on the market info. Really helpful, it lists any shortages and all trades and where they're going.

Convoys are only for military supply now.

You need firearms or whatever to be available on the (world) market to buy them at all. New resources are often limited or really expensive. Tarriffs/subvension is what you use to incerease/decrease the amount of import/exports, set for each good.

Market access is (mostly) not having enough infrastructure rating. You need it to be positive. Can be increased by ports (3) or railroads (20). You can increase the amount of trade done/possible by building trade centers, but if you have companies with rights to build them, you don't need to know how to make them profitable. Basically, just sort them and increase whenever they are red or at least give green productivity bonus.

Certain products are expensive if they have more buy orders than sell orders. It takes a while for the market price to catch up to demand/supply, therefore it's a better metric.

SoL just means you need to build more or more productive buildings there. Often, the private sector will fix this for you. You need to have consumption taxes, preferably on the wealthy to balance your budget most of the time.

There's several reasons they're not hirirg, wages not being high enough can be fixed by subsidies. Not enough people, with greener grass decree, or not qualified by social mobility and universities.

What about adding an Anti-Cheat??

This is not a container per se but rather a hidden door that doesn't get highlighted by mouse or ALT button: taking the stairs down outside Rail Crossing, and before going to the middle section where certain valuable oddity is stashed, take the left and "hug" the wall until the mouse changes to a hand, there is the door to a secret area.

And speaking of the same set of stairs... just standing there and going a bit south there is a hidden locked footlocker (I don't remember the exact skill check, possibly 45) with 100-200 charons.

You need to open the F1 console and use the command gfx lodbias 4. After you do that you'll be able to see stuff that's more than two metres away.
