No, enemies do not respawn. But in my experience the game is big enough, that you don´t really need respawned enemies.
Regarding the resource gathering: your store is not big enough for everything. At some point you are concentrating on resources you need. Because the stuff you cannot store is thrown away.

We have like 3 difficulties, and 4 the next month how is difficulty preference not necessary? also i don't know you but not many people like to play the same dumb map over and over again , that's why I ended hating power plant, the only map during release

One thing I would like to be able to do is to mix and match components from different Era's (assuming I've unlocked the tech from the Era's I want to mix and match).

For example, lets say I'm up to Era 3 tanks and I have an Era 2 hull that I would like to try and modernise as much as I can, I would like to be able to add Era 3 ammo racks, fuel tanks, radios etc like has often happened in real life when very old and out dated tanks have been modernised several decades beyond their intended use.

I think it is very easy for the developer to fix this: just add an option for a frameless-window mode in the game settings, and preferrably make it default.

While it is not done, I think it would be prudent of the developer to pin this post.

Fixed it finally.

Another version of this fix, which I am pretty sure will work for many people:
1. Press the Windows Key + R and type in regedit
2. Click "Run" or press Enter, and in the top bar (where it says "Computer/HKEY..." etc.) copy paste this directory: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Asteroid Lab\Terraformers
3. Right click "Screenmanager Fullscreen mode Default_...", choose modify, change value to "0".
4. Do the same for "Screenmanager Fullscreen mode_..."
5. Start the game.
6. You will have to do this before every game start.
