It is an absolute disgrace that SNK did not translate Battle de Paradise as the two others. It is disgraceful to expect the player to gain the achievement for Battle de Paradise without a translation.

It's quite an involved achievement made all the more difficult to achieve without knowing any of what's going on. Without understanding the text there's no point in interacting with the game beyond pressing 'A' over and over and hoping for the best.

Did you know there's a card that swaps the current coin totals of each player? I didn't until it happened in real time. That's exactly the kind of thing the player needs to know to avoid a mistake like saving 100 coins to buy the stars needed for the achievement. It feels really bad having spent that time and effort to understand unavoidable and merciless mini games just to have what little gains I made ripped away in an instant, never even knowing that was a possibility. I even put in the effort to look up an FAQ to figure out how to set the game to easy, and apparently that's still not easy enough.

Fan translations exist. SNK put in less effort than unpaid fans. Why purchase a curated retro game collection when emulation offers the superior experience?

Even though the games in the collection are ROMs, as far as I can tell there's no way to swap out the 'curated' ROM with the translated ROM and have the ROM still work properly. I've tried.

I have played some other similar stuff like:

Bat boy

Panzer Paladin
And quite a few more

I don't mind if the is challenging or not, as long as it is fun, I'm basically looking for recommendations on linear action plataformers.

Since this game is going to have other Nickelodeon characters, why not Garfield?

Hello, I've just installed the game today and am having severe mouse control issues. The cursor is not visible on my screen for a few seconds, then the default Windows cursor icon shows up for about 1-2 seconds, and then disappears. This repeats indefinitely, each cycle taking about 5 seconds.

Every time the Windows cursor resets the entire menu is reset to the default layout, so trying to navigate through tabs, modals, etc., is nearly impossible because the cursor keeps snapping away from whatever option I was trying to click, and in the case of the game options screen the "Visuals" and "Controls" tabs will only stay open for a fraction of a second until the cursor disappears again and the options screen is reset to the initial "Sound" tab.

Like, the entire premise is "you're trapped in a WW1 bunker with a horrible monster while a war rages outside. You gotta escape." And you do escape, but, horribly, the No Man's Land outside is arguably a *more* certain death than the horrors of the Beast in the bunker.

It's pretty poignant. The fictional supernatural horrors of the Beast and the otherworld, contrasted with the very real apocalyptic horror of WW1.

Dude if you really think there are that little games with female mc I can name of couple for you. For one there is an itch game called B*tch Land that is literally the land of that word and sure there is both a female and male mc which you can play but the female is far more fleshed out. Another is Sensual Adventures - Treasure Island, this one is futa but there is two female leads. There is a lot more but those are just two that were on the top of my head
