Yellow does not mean a game is already downloaded. If the game was already downloaded, it would not be in queue. However, what you also mentioned is right, in that the download is paused

Yea, it D'led a ~4GB file, then went back into the 'needing an update' queue. Then acted like it did before release - jumped back down into needing an update everytime trying to update it.

Then, go to your queue and force them to start
- go in reverse order though. Whatever you force to download immediately will be pushed one down the queu when you force the next one and so on.
