There seems to be now legit way to open a support ticket.
I tried the support-page, which has plenty of useless and obsoleted support articles.
But there is no way to open a new ticket.
I was logged-in, seen my activities which are empty, but no option to open a ticket.
Scam ?

...yeah, I guess that makes sense. I would set up a CommNet satellite, but I don't have the science for a good antenna. The shortest deadline I have for a mission is about 8 years, which should be more than enough to make it to Ike and back before that runs out.

Here’s a quick summary of Wildgate’s official roadmap (post-launch):

Wait, you're telling me they're only going to release bug fixes and balances "mid season" when there's 3 seasons a year? if it even lasts that long, with that slow patching I can't imagine it's going to help sell copies. Oh and shxt a BATTLEPASS TRACK lmao, not sure what to say at this point other than I think they thought they would have far higher sales when 500k people play tested their game, yet only had a launch peak of about 7.5k on Steam and it's already nearly half of that.

Exactly what I've been pointing out for days -> they’re betting everything on seasonal updates, but the core systems are already broken. Without a serious patch before the next season, the playerbase will keep bleeding. And it’s not like they didn’t see it coming: we’ve been posting feedback nonstop since launch.

Np. No one helped me in ds, and support is silent. Some people say to wait for an update, but I’m still trying to figure it out myself.
