This is a weird one, 'cause the original game had the same issue. Simply because it came during a time that multiple monitors were just not a thing to consider in gaming, yet.

So, I chalk it up to dev oversight. I think their first priority was to get this thing in our hands, that way they have a better idea of what works and what doesn't. Patches incoming, I wager. Patience is a really great virtue during a game launch. For big games like this, it takes a community to build it.

You literally described a bait and switch scam. But you framed it in such a way and are acting defensive of it because you don't want to be taken for a fool. This is gamers in a nutshell.

In my experience, at least some of the camps do not offer that machine- just the purchase parts machine. Was not paying close attention-since not a fan of the staff weapons- but maybe that build a staff machine is only available at the ones with the wheelbarrows full of crap around the perimeter, the tarped up boxes,and the broke autophage in the tent.

We should get much more than 9 maps at release. There are just 8 new maps. Operation Firestorm is just a remake.

The moral of the story is that everyone who ♥♥♥♥♥ on you is not necessarily your enemy. Not Vac, not any anti-cheat, not the developer... They just want to get you on the right and fair path in the game. So try to be fair to yourself and other players.
