Damage is something they said they don't have licensing for, but will see what they can do.

Spa is proper, what are you on about? Did the garbage truck next to your granny last time you visited not pop up?

Saying more of the same when 2 of the most popular tracks arguably were just added to the game, RB Ring and Spa, makes you sound kinda mad.

Only thing I can agree on (if this is true) is the AI. Haven't tried it yet, but they mentioned no AI updates which we were expecting. Was too busy enjoying online. But if what you say is true then yes this is bad.

The rest of the aspects to the patch are in fact good. No idea why you are so mad.
When I say that the circuits are more of the same I mean that they could vary a little and put circuits first that are not in the assetto corza competizione, get a little out of the ordinary and another thing the issue of damage if you can not get a license sounds like a lie to me how other games with official brands do have more aggressive damage than this, apart from it is a racing simulator not a doll game it is obvious that there will be damage and collisions, but they should do something else, the performance issue from what I saw is still half weak and they are already in stage 3 of updates, and another weak point is the customization of the cars is very limited

I mean sure, yeah I get it. I mean personally ACC was my go to racer, so seeing these tracks in EVO puts a smile on my face to be honest. But yeah, aside from Fuji everything else is the same track in ACC for sure. I can see this being a problem for some people, I get it. At least we have more layouts this time though?

Customisation will come later. This patch was focused on multiplayer.

I don't know about the performance man, whoever I saw they all said it is way smoother. Even Jardier who has been more critical was having fun and it felt way smoother for him. I can speak for myself that the game feels as smooth as it did before, yet I am online with more cars than I was testing before (solo, and less cars) which is a good indication.

Which games? Proper damage model licenses are expensive and most sims have a dumbed down version of them. I have also notice that this is more an issue with road cars. With race cars adding damage is easier in terms of licensing.

Only sim game I can think of that does damage good is iRenting, and that is mostly all race cars.

I feel as though they will improve this somewhat. Idk. Just feels to me that it all depends on licensing and the costs. Its per company basis too. So if some company has a stick up their behind and you can't acquire the license, you can make a damage model for all cars and leave that one out. I think it is much more complicated from what I have heard, and definitely more costly.

I am actually hoping that modding will add damage models, so Kunos can get away with not needing the license and people just add it in there anyway for free. lol.
