Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.
Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.

Can you tell me why I was game banned?
No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.

Whether you were using cheat software, automating matchmaking, or abusing matchmaking the reason a game ban was issued is not shared with users.

Can I appeal my game ban?
No. Game bans cannot be appealed and are not removed from accounts.

I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?

Doesn't matter whether you think it's fine or not. It was Bethesda's decision to have those ghosts carry those armor sets. The only other way to acquire the Ancient Nord Armor set would be to join the Companions, become a werewolf, and complete their questline to unlock the armor at the Skyforge. You may think that's okay, but I don't. That's forcing players to join a faction that they may not want to join.

With the Unofficial Patch installed, the Courier Does. Not. Spawn. I had the patch installed, and was trying to do a side quest that required the Courier to bring me a letter to advance the quest, he never showed up so I wasn't able to complete the quest. If the Courier doesn't spawn, the following quests are broken:

Discerning the Transmundane

Pieces of the past

Repairing the Phial

The Man who cried Wolf

With the patch installed, the courier is disabled, and the following are broken as well:

Dragon Shout: The Courier delivers a letter from a mysterious benefactor. The letter directs the Dragonborn to a random location containing a word wall.

Homestead: This is part of the Hearthfire dlc. The Courier delivers a letter directing the Dragonborn to speak with the Jarl of Falkreath.

Letter of Inheritance: If a companion or an npc that the Dragonborn helped dies, the Courier shows up with a letter from the local Jarl and a random amount of gold.

There are other letters that the Courier delivers for specific reasons:
One is a museum pamphlet, announcing the opening of a museum in Dawnstar.

The other is from the wizard Calcelmo in Markarth. This letter is handed to you if you acquire a Dwemer item from an unusual place.

The last one is from a woman named Constance Michel who takes over Honorhall Orphanage in Riften after Grelod "The Kind" dies. In it, she announces that the children residing at the orphanage are now available for adoption.

This issue has even affected some Creation Club Content, such as Redguard Elite Armaments, Dead Man's Dread, and Alternative Armors - Ebony Plate(there's a couple of others but I can't remember their names). All of these require the Courier showing up to deliver a letter to the Dragonborn to advance their respective questlines. He doesn't show up, the quests are broken.
