Bungie can only test so many configurations of hardware before releasing an update. It isn't an issue absolutely everyone is facing.

I know I'm seeing the odd stutter here and there but its not detrimental to gameplay, in that I can still finish all the hardest difficulty missions around, get to the Lighthouse in Trials, etc etc. I believe it'll be fixed in time but its not something I'm going to flip out over.

If people want to claim that the issue is so detrimental that it destroys their ability to play the game, they're gonna have to go through with the required procedures to have the issue diagnosed and sorted.

The whole point here is that this isn’t about individual configs. Plenty of us across totally different setups (3080, 5080, Intel, AMD, etc.) are seeing the same frametime spikes that started specifically after Edge of Fate removed exclusive fullscreen. That points to a change in how the game is rendering, not “my system.”

Of course not every PC gamer will notice it equally — differences in monitors, refresh rates, and personal tolerance to stutter play into that — but that doesn’t make it a user error. Bungie has already acknowledged stuttering reports in multiple threads, so this is on their radar.

The point of posts like mine isn’t to “flip out,” it’s to document the issue so Bungie has more evidence to prioritize it. Saying it’s config-related doesn’t explain why multiple unrelated players saw the problem begin at the exact same patch.

And if thats a problem theres a filter for that m8. Which is activated by defauilt so you had to turn the filter off to notice. This is also the sort of thing enabled by parental controls.

The "new owners" are just a private equity firm. They so far have shown no desire to hire a game development studio to continue developing the KSP franchise. They simply own the intellectual property to earn passive income from KSP and KSP 2, as well as doing partnerships like this to earn money without needing to develop a brand.

Just report the cheater, they'll go away in 1 to 7 weeks. It actually works now. Oh And make sure you do it within 3 minutes of the life he cheats, if he dies and you wait 10 minutes it might not work.
