I have to laugh reading some of these because that is what makes the game so good. In the original X-Comm I had a mission where the first dude out of the ship got hit, panicked, spun around and fired his missile launcher into the ship, clearing my entire crew out.

Key is consistently good tactics and have a sense of humor.

same here. game locks in career mode where i have to literally reset my PC. first game to ever do this to me.
