you can remap the keyboard in options. Not every function is remappable there, so you can instead edit the key bindings file directly

Here's my config - I tried to allow simultaneous turning, strafing, and Z-movement

killer in T&H, Meat Grinder, etc. Especially in the boiler room.

Minor issues:
It still shouldn't be possible to load the tube on a Mossberg shotgun when the slide is back. Currently in-game, it is
's causing the 2 above major problems with loading, so just get rid of that completely. Save it for certain belt-fed guns.

Semi-auto shotguns don't pull shells from the tube either, they also just pop out

A fresh reinstall is always the easy answer to most problems outside your understanding. I've done it more times than I can count to get the solid order I have today and now it feels like a 2016 game
into one mod though. The big changers for my game were Skyrim 2k textures. I set mine to 4k with the options in the mod installer http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/607/?.
