After launching my game The Secret of Velmora on August 15, I submitted three official support requests (Aug 15, 17, and 18) — all still listed as Open.

The issue directly affected launch visibility on the Steam storefront (incorrect categorization as Full Release instead of Early Access).

Despite the urgency, none of the tickets received a proper response for over four days. One was eventually answered with a vague, incomplete reply that ignored most of the original points and failed to provide any evidence, timeline, or apology.

We have documented everything — including screenshots — in case this escalates further. Hidden advertising?
No — just a developer trying to warn others about a real platform-side issue that hurt visibility and may happen again.

There was that time on my first Crater run, I went thinking "hey this puzzle isn't hard since we don't have fall damage, I'm just going to jump into the lava and backstep all the way to wherever the treasure, ez."
The lava did not forgive this insult.

Back ontopic, Trolling is usually just a simple "look at me, everyone!" levels of true insecurity.

Its how they get their validation.

I hope that's the case when I've seen comments stating things such as a woman should be legal when she has her first period.

The fun thing is that I'm not even leftist, and I don't approve woke ideology, neither DEI or anything that put people into boxes and that is only separating people from living as free as they want -with the respect of local laws-.
Tho I'm for a world where dumb people are exterminated or reduced to slaves without any rights. And here, my dear, is the problem, you're so dumb you don't understand that a game that make no sell will change nothing to your life, and you're so much endoctrined in a stupid ideology that don't even understand that you think this game is woke (or anything like this), and on top of that you really think you're actually a fighter, a brave, a person that is saving its micro-world from the fact that humans history is something very volatile, in 1000 years, your culture and mine will only exist in history book and it's not because of woke or migration, just because culture change and evolve. There is nothing to save so just enjoy what the world offer right now.
