You likely don't know how to report bugs and don't know how game development works.

That's not how bug reports work lol
It's how every single of your posts look like though, not sure if it's trolling.

Is there a way to report this to the devs?

Works for me, although ive only played for 30mins, (gotta finish some other stuff first). It may take a while for first startup.
Erm, try different proton versions?
Disable any lossless scaling perhaps.
Your deck doesnt like something, just gotta narrow it down.
