Your change to "turnOffScreensTimeout" should have worked (regardless of what's in the dropdown, 0 is infinite, and a big number is a big number of seconds). If that doesn't work, it's some other mechanism. If you can reproduce it and send us your vrserver.txt (you can open a support ticket and mention it here) we can see what's going on.

If you are able to try steamlink, it directly supports the hardware proximity sensor, and the HMD will never go to sleep while your head is in the HMD.
