So some context. I was on my way home from mining Jasmium when a spice bloom went off literally right next to me. Lucky me! Harvested that and was then on my way home. However, I wanted to check on my inventory while I was gliding, I pressed and held F except my finger was fat and lazy and pressed both F and E. So I drop out of my ornithopter with it then crashing to the ground. Thanks to my belt I survived but now we have a new issue. I'm stuck in quicksand. I can use my grapple claw and there's a shipwreck 5m away so no worries, I'll bunny hop back over to the wreck, then my nearby ornithopter and I'll be fine....

Except no.
Game decides right now that none of my controls work. W is making me walk backwards and S is making me strafe right, I can jump with Space and that's it. No A and no D and nothing else is working too. Can't grapple, can't change items on my hotbar, nothing. Now I can't move and I'm sinking so I start constantly jumping and now a sandworm is on it's way to eat me. There's literally nothing I can do. 3/4 of my controls aren't working and while I have every tool to get out of this situation, the game won't let me use any of them.

Now, this bug where exiting or entering vehicles too quickly while pressing other commands, or sometimes climbing as well, making some commands bug out and do other commands instead, or just not working at all, etc, I've experience a few times. It wasn't that bad of an issue, just an inconvenience and I assumed would be patched out eventually.
But now I'm set back about 10-20 hours of gameplay since that was a Mk6 assault ornithopter I lost, not to mention the spice, Jasmium, my Mk6 weapons and gear, etc, all lost because someone at Funcom decided to cheap out on the programming.

Please fix your game. With mechanics as punishing as this, even minor bugs can end up being game breaking. I know you're addressing vehicle rubber banding in an upcoming update, thank god, but please add the control issues upon multiple simulations commands to that list as well.

PS. About 2 seconds before I was eaten, I managed to reset my controls and fix it. Pressing ESC but by that point, it was already too late. So if you ever end up in my position, press ESC and that should reset whatever bug is plaguing your controls

well when worm comes and so many players does ti i dont like it tho the can just klik respawn and wotn cant eat ya stuf and ya stil have all ya stuff

I had a similar issue with another game, had to reinstall nvidia drivers and did a custom install and selected clean install. Fixed the issue for me there, not sure about Hunt though, just got a new computer and reinstalling now.

what driver version you used to fix this?

I want to enter the game, but when I launch it, it immediately crashes, I need help

The starting zoom level is calculated by the game dynamically based on a given map's size rather than according to any particular setting, but the mouse wheel and +/- keys should let you adjust the zoom level to your taste.

I was aware of the mouse wheel.
I just would have liked the max zoom out to be a bit further away.... it is what it is I guess.

the manual in this case doesnt explain that your hard drive must also be in GPT mode inordder to use secure boot, if its in MBR it must use CSM inordder to launch again though you wouldnt be abble to find that infomation with out first wasting hours of your life googling around to find that info, so no again still not easy.

whats next your going to say "well most people have GPT" wrong. befor you even make that arguement its wrong, more people use MBR as its the default setting and most people dont understand the importence of GPT for your hard drive setting.

I have never in my life allocated a drive as anything but gpt or know anyone that has. Sucks that it happened tho

My problem is not with what she says, but rather how loud she does that. I had to lower the volume of all voices because it caused me physical pain but now I can barely hear any character voicelines

Hearing voicelines is a must in this game, because whenever an abillity is used or cooldown is reset the character talks :/

as a known repeat offender who pre-ordered premium edition 2042 on day 1 in the first hour without even playing more than 50 hours, also pre-ordering CoD MWII just for the game to be abandoned in 9 months

i'll pre-order it just before the launch
