Pirates...can we actually make them a real threat? And a job for security between "Raids"?

Current pirates are just too easy to deal with and guards are kind of pointless other than that.

Can we please have pirates land ANYWHERE on the map their ship can land (ie the space for it to land regardless of landing pad). Then they can gain access ANYWHERE on the map not just that lovely, pre-allocated shooting range. They can land their small ship on any "connection" big enough and larger one in any open area that fits. NO more easily defended and, kind of pointless, exercise, especially on well established bases where the attacks are so easily defeated you don't even have to hit a button and never lose a guard.
Also, can we have more of a problem with base personnel. A "bad apple" as it were, that can either cause dissent and lower morale or even just be a "thief" from you or other colonists thus requires guards at all times and areas. Even make it so there are chances of drunken brawls in the bars that have to be dealt with by guards but bars also raise morale more than any other building. Maybe even a jail block that can hold "x" prisoners until a prison transport/ security transport can arrive and take them away FOR A FEE.

Current mechanics make guards pointless if you just build a circle round the landing pads to a security room. Colonists are also too nice and never cause a problem unless REALLY upset. Where are the bad ones (petty thieves, heavy drinkers, drug dealers, gang members)? I'm not wanting to make it too complex, but giving guards something more to do than swarm 2 airlocks every 30 minutes. Give guards a reason to be in all areas but in fewer or lower concentrations.

And how about a cemetery or cenotaph for the fallen? Has a capacity limit but improves morale recovery after a loss (same as Dawn of Man).
