В том то и дело, что по факту моя видеокарта сможет стабильно работать, но у вас написано что от AMD не ниже rx 570, от сюда и проблема

It's all tied to skill level and some RNG. Every level gives you little better chance to craft higher condition items. Using your example of stakes, at carving level 5 or 6 you have a chance to be able to craft a max condition stake. It's still pretty low though so most will still be less than max condition.

Try spending 20 mins on a master piece then having to go to the bathroom and coming back to being killed and told to reload my save. Naw, I got an ALT F4 for ya though
