I suddenly started having the same issue, along with not being able to see and change my starting loadout. I see nothing when I should be able to see my team, change my loadout, and ready up. I don't see anything, and I cannot do anything except change perks. When I try to change perks, it tells me all my perks are level 1 with no custom gear equipped. After that, I have to restart my client for my perk levels to show again and for me to have access to my skills in the stronghold. If I stay on the loadout/ready screen, which for me is just the red inside of the VTOL and nothing else, then I can still load into the match after the timer runs out. I can play like this, but while in the match, the vendor does not sell my custom weapons. I can only buy the randomly modded weapons it has. When I go back to the stronghold, all my custom weapons are clearly in the armory.

I was playing just fine and then suddenly these issues started happening, and the game has now become unplayable for me.. at least in multiplayer. Everything works perfectly fine in solo. I tried everything I could think of. Verifying files, uninstalling and reinstalling, reinstalling the anti-cheat, and backing up and deleting configs. Nothing has worked. I submitted a ticket to Tripwire and am hoping they can help me ASAP. I've been enjoying this game quite a bit, and now multiplayer is basically unplayable for me.

More paywalled DLC for an early access game, great.

The only "paywalled DLC" as you say, would just be outfits. please show me where the cosmetics hurt you.

It should be pretty obvious how it's hurting the game industry as a whole if this becomes common practice and should be shut down while it's only being done by few developers.

Just wanted to fact check, BF3 is not part of the biggest sellers

man if you go for sales numbers you find so many reports of different timelines that a quick search kinda sucks, But what is obvious is that BF4 seemed to be peak with BF1.
2042 actually took of brutally in the beginning and then just... lets say this was more a sprint than a marathon haha.
Might happen ot BF6 as well, but not as brutally. Might not, who knows.
What would be interesting is that if the beta threw these player numbers of 500k concurrent players around and then nobody would buy it. I think that would be a minor milestone in videogame history, but i dont expect that to happen.

I dont plan on too, theres a few changes that would have to made to not only the maps but the guns them selfs befor I would consider it.

shot guns and thermite launchers i mean. do I even need to explain why they were busted in the beta?

Thank you, though since you are active here I would rather receive answers in this forum rather than being asked to go across to Discord. If I have issues with other games I look in their dedicated forum, because that seems like the logical thing to do, and I don't really expect this to be any different.

In any case, I hope control bindings are a high priority, as it is needed to actually interface with the game.

OP simply shared how amazed he was by the graphics. I understand his reaction — not because the graphics are objectively outstanding, but because they’re well above what I was expecting.
Then you came in and derailed the thread by attacking people. There’s no reason to attack anyone here — none. It’s not clever, it’s not “almost” sympathetic, it’s just unnecessary and unhelpful.
And honestly, even if this were a sloppy game, how does it affect you that others enjoy Solasta? What’s also strange is that you went from calling it “slop” to now saying it’s “not good or bad” after all.

Ouch, painful to read. As I said, am not interested in playing this little game, with all these roles of say an offended intellectual with leverage opinions or a granpa who discovered vr.

Eurojunk is a term, btw, and many decent games fall into that category. Buying anything just because of name (and preoerdering stuff btw too exactly as Cartman summarized) promotes slop. Basic stuff. However, further ingaging into a discussion would take me into an endless cycle of you repeating the same lines ever and over. No offense meant, really.

I had to update my BIOS to enable it. The entire process took 15 minutes. I can't believe how much of an inconvenience that entire process was.

To everyone who complains about secure boot: You are a very loud minority. You are worse than Collective Shout.

To everyone who decides not to buy/play the game because of secure boot. You are a pontential cheater that secure boot has successfully blocked. Thank you secure boot for doing your part.

Yup, best thing is those of us who actually like Battlefield will be there playing our jets on big maps while most people that were ranting here still think the whole full game still only has 4 maps :P
