How so? I think it's fairly normal for people to skip over the social aspects. Anything that somone is trying to communicate to me can be done with pings, I don't need to listen to someone cry, breath or eat into the mic.

this isnt realistic. as someone who is literally in voice chat every night with dozens of people in eso, it is rare that i ever hear these things, and mentioning once that you can hear it would typically resolve it instantly, or pressing the total of 3-4 buttons to mute the person is an easy option as well.

in coop games it will always be wise to use voice comms to communicate with your group. pings work fine for pointing things out most of the time, but there are a million other things in games (not necessarily this one) that voice comms are better for communicating.

sounds similar to when i beat a battle and the game froze when in the middle of opening a chest.

I revalidated the files and that ended up fixing it. Should it happen again, see if that works too (and if it negates the progress loss).

I'd actually argue 3 votes would be better imo, you'll often have two people doing the worst not surrendering. I'm not saying every time my team surrenders we need to surrender, but if we're 3 to 25 and they have a 10k gold lead, there's literally nothing you can do.

total bs, the worst players in the lobby are those who started the game 0-5 and think that they have sway to ruin the game for everyone else

I'm like 1-2 and a surrender just comes out of nowhere, oh it was the moron feeding that's just giving the game away, he wants to bypass my desire to win by forcing me to not play the game, truly diabolical

This is one thing I never understood.
If you refuse to surrender that's basically you saying you'll carry this game yourself. Generally there's a reason someone went 0-5 immediately.
So unless you're on a hunter, a really good mage or have a busted late game powerhouse assassin that can just kill half the team on their own *cough* susanoo *cough* Pele, this is peak arrogance.

The enemy team is very unlikely to get 10k gold ahead and have 5x your kills if they weren't capable of actually winning.
And you don't get this kind of lead by just killing people anymore. With that kind of lead they have stripped the whole map of objectives twice over.

Personally I don't surrender because I'm doing bad myself, I'm a firm believer of letting my teammates decide whether they think they can pull it off. If they don't feel confident enough, it's unlikely they'll pull their weight anyway.
The only exception is toxic scum. If you're insulting and spam flaming everyone all game and blaming everyone for your own incompetence spending more time in chat than moving your character, just get me out.
And no, unless we can just finish up quickly it doesn't matter what the chances are to win. I play games to have fun and winning is part of it not everything. I'd much rather have a short but good game than a long awful one.
