Agreed. People can keep arguing about the choices VI has made, many of which I absolutely agree were bad/poorly handled, but at this point it seems pretty unproductive, taking focus away from all the other very real issues with the game, ones that OBJECTIVELY affect playability. I would rather see those issues presented and (hopefully) addressed, rather than clamoring for things that, again at THIS point, are unlikely and frankly unrealistic.

This seems to be a bug in how the AI handles scripted encounters during that mission. Normally, after confirming your identity, they should stand down. If they keep attacking, it’s likely the dialogue trigger failed or combat was already active when you approached. Reloading an earlier save before entering the docks might avoid it.

I have to try this. I want to add that I attacked the NPCs in that area earlier in a smiliar manner (without the whole bike delivery thing), so that might have triggered the hostile response. But I'm not sure about this, since something like this should be reset by the game once you leave the area.

platelauncher with highground immortality and/or lasers and a tonn of AoE damage - fine balanced gun

Even if the game can be played on mobile at 1080p 60 stable frames on high settings, people will still hate it. "OMG, this is the latest monhun, why isn't capcom improving on graphics? Nobody likes Rise because it has cheap graphics."

If you're anything like me - Your account was stolen at some point. I lost my account from 2004 in about 2017 when i took a break. Square couldn't do anything about it for whatever reason. Don't remember why.

That said - Have you also tried Steam support? They could at least maybe find proof of purchase for Square. Worst case scenario is you'll have to buy the game again from the website.... Goes on sale often for 5-10 bucks. Not bad but irritating.

I can't imagine this nerf is final. I think they just want to get more playtime of the other Kings to get more data for balancing.

Right now Leo already has a 3rd quest that's useless and only seems to be applicable for endless mode. And I don't mind the increased timers so much, but 600 metal and 600 flour won't be reached on Threat 10. Especially on Ruins which has the most annoying modifiers.

Same with Alucard though. There is just no time to get an economy going, so managing up and until the 2nd boss is fine. But the third boss gives not enough time to recover again with the quickly increasing spawns in between.

Right now it feels like rushing worm riders or goose riders and just spam troop training is the most reliable.

It worked out. Managed to beat him. More importantly, I got in the practice I need to have a shot at beating him in the future with a less perked-out character.

The hard part with the alchemist, at least for me, was that it takes a long time to get to him, you can die very quickly to him, and these combined make it hard to learn anything significant about how to manage the fight.

It's easier to get to him "from above" instead of going through his lab.
