Not sure if this was already reported, but I had it 2 times now that I died, I still had more lives available but the round didn't restart. The screen just continued to slowly slide sidewards but no button helped to restart the round.

Theres fun to be had in the other game but ostfront is exactly what I like era wise.

I generally recommend avoiding these multiplayer games that are mostly popular because of streamers.

Also, look at the user-defined tags. "Multiplayer", "Online Co-Op", "Local Co-Op"… yup, just for a group, not intended or designed for solo play.

You "can" play solo, but it's almost always a pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ experience.

If it's a Steam Deck OLED? If yes, try limiting the screen's refreshrate to 60Hz.

If that's not the issue, do you still see the menu but get a black screen during the into cut-scene when starting a new game? If yes, then that's due to VALVe not being able to ship the Windows-proprietary video codec for the intro movie with Proton. It's the only cut-scene in the game like this and you can just skip it. If it still bothers you, you can use a custom fork of Proton called "Proton GE" (how to install).

Stunlock does seem fixed.

It seems risky to hang the entire (*absolutely mandatory*) defence against Cloaking on having Radar, which in turns means having to have Valorian access (at least, it limits gameplay, and I just had a run where I didn't get the Strike Optimizer, and at that point you can almost just concede already).

Items giving Truestrike/Cloak Resist percentage might work?
