I wanted to ask why so much hate about pvp on this game.
-> you reach the end game the deep desert you farm the titanium, stravidium and spice ok
-> now you build tier 6 weapons ok all good.
-> now you're going to use the weapons against Ai and try them ok all good
-> you do all the facilities ok all good
-> you got all the items
-> what else to do
-> all this steps i didn't saw almost a single player just a few encounters and i had to wait some ocasions to get some player interaction

-> why do many servers if you dont have enough player base to sustained like rust has 30,000 people on the weekend, rust players base normally 130.000 ....... there is even a point for many servers on dune?
-> you got all the items of the game and you have them on the inventory ok you lose a fight agaisnt a player you didn't losse ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ only a tiny ruined durabiltity on the items, why to many people get mad about the pvp, look at rust you loose everything you had on the inventory
-> i look at this game, i see going to died like this if you dont look at this situation for me i wouldn't buy this if i knew this was going to happend
-> pvp would be essencial because causes players to fight over a spice field or ores and the deep desert is huge and would make pvp players come over to the game, the simple fix you could have made half servers of pve only(the boring ones) and having another half pvp(the fun part where you get player interaction)

What pvp players don't understand it's their attitudes.

Let's realistically look.

PVP players were taking advantage of unintended gameplay (rocket spam for instance) and were just griefing.

They yelled PVP but it was 2-3 vs 1 that's not PVP.

Then they said "if you can't handle PVP stay out of the DD". So players did.

Then they yelled " you're too cowardly to come to the DD". Opposite of what was said earlier.

These things killed any chance that , players such as myself , would even go to the DD because of the drama.

This in turn caused the devs to make changes that those same PVP'ers didn't like.

Now those same PVP'ers claimed PVE'ers killed the DD and as such the game.

Timeline of all of this is right here on the forums so feel free to look if you'd like.

PVP'ers cause games downfalls constantly and they can never just man-up to their attitudes.

if rockets hit a player within a PvP zone it not greifing - its PvP, you got attacked by someone in a conflict zone

how are guilds and their members ment to function if not allowed to work together in battle... is sandcrawling the only acceptable guild activity??

would encourage you to fly around the deep desert and check it out, get a grasp of its size (over 576km², alot bigger then the hagga basins 64km²) and the community contained within - deep desert experiences are dependent on which server you are apart of

as a PvPvE player who primarily played PvE (but gets accused of being dishonest when i mention it) - add me to the list of people that dont like the changes, it ruins my immersion, the suspense and the thrill of overcoming the challenges other players create

players are trying to kill the game - being PvE or PvP or PvPvE is just people assigning blame onto others so they dont need to accept responsibility for what they openly wanted and asked for

you dont need to be a PvP player to fire rockets, you dont need to be a PvP player to camp treasure chests, you dont need to be a PvP player to build on resource nodes - yet whether they were or not doesnt matter, since they are the ones people always point the finger at

i agree he needs to watch some chris rock stand ups so he can learn people know how to spot a professional victim. i literally came here to see what the game was about if it was woke or not and this guy makes me want to skip out on buying it sheesh

I just got the game and at the very start accidentally chose Japanese or something but I cant figure out how to change it back, is there any way to just like hard restart the game

Too much dumb players don't know how to fight him, basically doing no help at all. It is really a waste of my time soloing the 3x boss HP.

There is absolutely value in scouting ahead. If you are scouting 200 meters ahead, that is not called "scouting ahead" anymore.

Looks great but wish it had a vr version

It's pretty funny imo. I don't give a crap about the ad but I love the mental gymnastics and cope by the people who are hating on her.
