Hmm the base game is €59.99, the Shadow and silk version is €89.99, it also includes the other minor DLC, but since atm I don't think it's possible to decide to buy one and not the other the difference is indeed €30.

Premium is 30. You can buy shadows and silk ALONE after release for 22.
