FH is still in early access, with only about a third of the content available in the full board game. Right now you can still try to get treasures/random items from scenarios where you haven't picked them up already, retire more characters, continue advancing your town, or just run scenarios for fun.

Alternately, you can try playing again and making different choices. For instance the early fight between the two algox can go different ways depending on which one you kill, and there are follow up quests that go differently from there.

The reason you see items like bobbypins/insults/flyers ect. at 40.000 caps might relate to a bug once happend where visitors got acces to your stash while looking at vendors and could buy/steal items in your stash for the highest price on vendor list.
so when you see this at camp vendors its a prevention of sorts if the bug returns.

I was in a friends stream doing events and another player asked if I needed anything. They gave me 1,000 violet flux and 10 explosive bobble heads. People who have been playing for a while operate on a different level to the rest of us.
