You added text to a quote, how did you do that? When I tried that once, for the same reason as you except I was using "...", the forum refused to post it without explanation. I just assumed it was so people couldn't put words in other people's mouth's.

I just restarted my pc and now I have 240fps... wtf. probably some cache leak or who knows what. I literally changed nothing. I have everything on ultra.

So if anyone has this same weird ass issue... you know what to do: restart your pc lol

I just saw, and yes, they are there and they have sound. But also in the gallery of the game when im going to play a song it doesn't even play at all, like, it seems those files are missing, but even if I verify the files in steam they don't download

Okay, so this means you're game is fine, but something makes it unable to read specific files.
From what i can see online, there are few instances were it's tied to windows files and would require to edit files, as i am not confident in those things myself, i won't advise you to begin with those options.

I saw people talk about some third-party software to help with this specific issue, but if we're unsure about the cause, it might cause problems for nothing.

Let's do a list, i guess you checked a lot of options and settings on your computer, right ? from simple sound mixer not being mute just for the game, to looking at the speaker/headphones used as default.
