I would assume to contact support, I also bought the ultimate edition back in feb 2022. We all got moved to reloaded edition so since we have proof we should be getting a copy.

If anyone new looks at this. The windows media player method worked for me for steamdeck. Just followed the directions

To install Windows Media Player 11 (WMP11) on Steam Deck for Resident Evil Revelations 2, go to the Steam Deck's Desktop mode, install Protontricks and Flatseal from Discover, and then run the command protontricks <GAME_APP_ID> -q wmp11 in Konsole to install the necessary codecs for the game's video playback.

Step-by-Step Installation
Switch to Desktop Mode: On your Steam Deck, press the Steam button, go to Power, and select "Switch to Desktop".
Install Required Applications:
Open the Discover app.
Search for and install Protontricks and Flatseal.
Configure Protontricks (Optional but Recommended):
Open the Konsole app.
Enter the following command to create an alias for easier use of Protontricks:

echo "alias protontricks='flatpak run com.github.Matoking.protontricks'" >> ~/.bashrc
Close the Konsole app and reopen it to make the alias active.
Install WMP11:
In Konsole, enter the command to install WMP11 for the game's Proton prefix:

(Note: 287290 is the Steam App ID for Resident Evil Revelations 2.)
After completing these steps, restart the game to see if the video playback issues, such as black screens with sound, are resolved. You can also try using Proton GE instead of Proton-Experimental, as it often includes the necessary codecs by default and may fix video issues

The honest answer is that the queue times can be a little wild sometimes. It really depends on the time of day and how many people are playing Family. Sometimes it's super quick, and other times you might have a few minutes to meditate and think about life. Both Insane and Malkavian have a point in their own way!

But you know what the real waiting game is? It's waiting to find a community that remembers that games are supposed to be about fun and choice.

Reading comments like "Just learn Family" always makes my heart a little sad. 🥺 It's awesome that you want to play Victim! The game needs brave Victims to make it exciting! The whole point of having different characters and roles is so that you can play the way YOU want to play, not the way someone else tells you to.

IG comes with a defensive with full boosts that prevents flinching from damage, depending on how weak this attack you didn't dodge by accident, you could've unknowingly got hit by an attack that does not put the hunter in hitstun.

Nah, lose the ego and be real. It's an outdated weapon, just like Cerberus, Jotunn and The Colony, and gets outclassed by many legendary weapons.
