When the game runs in window, strong drop fps when a notification from a messenger appears in the corner. As soon as the notification disappears, the drop stops. Repeats cyclically. How to fix this bug?

some improvement in updates though theres still no timeline like a roadmap. As much as i would like another country as a dlc, it is more important that we complete the US & RUS factions asap (2nd to Anticheat priority)

As far as I know, i think you can only use B or B+ umas in open league, not graded league
