As I said before, fps drops on SD lcd from 60 to 15 easily in massive fights, explosions and open world section. Latest Steam OS and beta.

dude, we don't need to whip out the dictionary for the clinical exact definition of soul in this case I just used it interchangeably for general feel of a franchise. yeah dmc5 feels different to the others aesthetically definitely but it still definitely feels like a devil may cry it has most of the hallmarks of one. my problem with the netflix show is that it doesn't have like any hallmarks of DMC (being an exact copy isnt what I mean). its like the new mortal kombat movies, they do alot of things very differently to the games and are far from 1-1 copies but they have the same hallmarks and use a very similar visual aesthetic, it feels like whoever's making them genuinely cared about the franchise and wanted to represent it well in a new medium while still kinda doing their own thing. The DMC show just feels like they didn't want to make a devil may cry adaptation at all.

You see? When I actually challenge each of your statements, you'd realize that you actually made no statement. You elaborated on none, defined none of your terms, and just hope that I somehow would agree or disagree with you. That is not how debate works as I am sure you are well aware.

Why should the people who supported the original be made to pay for this new one, especially when the existing one already feels like a half-baked effort of a game? Someone on the Surviving Mars twitter asked the same, and got given such a joke of an answer by saying original supporters will be 'rewarded' with the option of a discount. What an absolute cash grab..
