I feel like decoy grenades are kind of useless as they are now. Instead of making firing noises and showing a ping on the mini-map, what if they made call outs like when you spot infantry?
It would be a very easy change to implement and I feel it would be more effective than a burst of gunfire which is obviously fake to anyone who plays this game. People would just think it's a stupid stalker infiltrator spotting infantry and actually go looking for it.

What does rank have to do in QP? It’s only there to get people into matches quickly.

Hire 20 recruits, have them fight small bands of looters. Some will die, those that survive can be promoted to t1 soldiers. They win easily vs looters and the stuff you get sells for enough to keep you afloat.

Expand from there.

It's no wonder so many of these men have low testosterone when they are sitting around and complaining about women in internet forums.
