I would love for the to be a toggleable option in the steam settings to allow the system to load into desktop mode after profile selection. The options should be profile specific and activate on next restart moving forward.

Just a minor thing but whatever you do, do not use in-game chat to banter with anyone; not even your IRL friends and clan members. The ban bot follows DE's rules for chat to the letter and, some would argue, zealously.
