Ever since Enhanced Edition, every single time the game soft locks trying to load into a lobby (which is crazy there's still no way to return to the menu and escape these loops), it ALWAYS breaks my pc_settings.bin file. I have to restore it from a RAR every single time or get the "Rockstar services not available" error. Anyone know what's up?

Such a weird take. Why expect companies to work for free, or even lose money, on something like this? That's no way to run a business, especially for a company like this.

It's like asking a company to remodel your house and then asking if they'll do it for free because you own the original house.

No modern GPU will be used by this game with 100% GPU load.
There is simply not enough to render.
Since my 2070 my GPU is not fully utilized and that is quite normal for 'old games'.

As long as the fps are locked...

If anyone feels the need for wasting energy just for that, go for it.

60 fps does it for me, they are locked, 400% scaling, DLAA and Snowymoons shaders and still rock stable 60 fps. Although most things are also tuned by config such as nirror render distance 800 and lods. Still around 80% usage.

Unless I start the RPM Map. This map is stuffed with... well stuff so the engine itself gets to it's knees rendering all the stuff. Still no 100% usage because the engine limits.

So keep the idea of full utilized GPUs and unlock the fps or enjoy a smooth ride, keep the fps locked and do not care about the GPU usage.

And be aware to throw in a bottle neck of the CPU being the culprit...
In this case clearly not. If the GPU is bored the CPU is NOT the problem.

the amount of cheaters you meet is hidden proportional to your account standing.
if lets say, one has a smurf account from back in 2017 to play with their lower rank friends cs 6lobal öffensive and, of course always or oftenly win and topfrag, that one account will get reported by low elo enemies, simply because they think that guy just HAS to be cheating, when they arent.
now, that their account got reported over time more than others, statistical significant accounts, they, per default get lower hidden trust/account standing.
and by that, get more often matched against ACTUAL CHEATERS now.

and there some people thought that with cs2 update, their account standings would get resetted....

That's because it's not particularly interesting.

Maybe if you only ever play the game without attack speed stats on your gear, and don't use Swift Slaying, I could see it feeling somewhat better, but going into Chaos Wastes makes your character feel slow as ♥♥♥♥ for ages.
Then you can get stupid things thrown at you because roguelikes don't need to care about balance.
And maybe by the end you become so broken that it's nigh impossible to lose.
Or that's the hope. Cos if you get crap the whole run you feel seriously useless in the finale when that Relentless Rampart minotaur shows up with two patrols worth of SV and standard bearers.

Less than 300 properly motivated people have trashed many a games reputation. I hope they reconsider this for XBOX players who buy super citizen.
