If it takes 2 hours to get character development im good Expedition 33 had Character Development in the first 30 minutes and I loved that game and that game deserve my money once im done paying my bills that is.

The rate at which the Fellow Alchemist doesn't show up is honestly bordering on ludicrous. I get that that is mainly what prolongs the life of the game, but it gets downright stupid. Waiting 7 days before he visits. I have completed an entire chapter after my current one because he refused to show up for so long. Should I have just chosen a higher difficulty? I certainly don't think I'm amazing at this game but it feels like you guys expect players to go MUCH more slowly and experiment way less in between selling to customers

True, but it's also a full playset of Colossi which is pretty rad. Thunder Dragon's aren't too bad of a rogue option, especially paired with Horus for additional bodies/rank 8 Xyz plays.

Insane to me that people do not recognize the stagnation and blatant disregard for all of us who spent money on this as the devs come back to stir things up then just leave us hanging time and time again.

Stop simping for the devs, the world will end before this game is ever completed.

You need a patch for the steam version to enable the scenes. It's been that way ever since it was released.

Lots of empty promises but we should at least get a decent single player after they add what I hope is a substantial amount of side quests.

Almost all losses at lower ranks boil down to these things.

Getting picked stupidly. Ie, when your Magik runs all the way up to the enemy spawn door on defense on Hall of Djalia and gets killed immediately, then your team immediately loses the resulting 5 on 6.

Trickling. Magik respawns and runs back into the enemy team instead of waiting for the rest of the team to be back and then dies again.

Playing into Counters. Magik runs into the enemy team alone again and immediately gets slept by Mantis and lasered by Iron Man to death. She complains that Mantis is cheap but of course she does not swap.

Wasting ultimates. Magik respawns after dying first for the 3rd time, then blows their ultimate in a 1v6 and gets no value.

Being toxic. After failing to kill anyone with their ultimate, Magik now complains about not being healed even though they've been alone in every fight.


All of these things are related to people lacking a proper understanding of how to play the game and learning not to do these things will drastically improve how well you do. Before you complain about your team being bad, you'd better make sure you're not doing any of these things. If you are consistently playing well and not making these mistakes, you will get wins, even if you occasionally get bad / dumb teammates.

He's got a point though, the last 2 years of development feels like it has been nothing but map reworks and menu reworks. The sound recorder is I believe the only real gameplay addition in all of that time.

There are two words for this; CONSOLE. PLAYERS
