Should have just made them only buildable on gravship structure by default and maybe tested the DLC a little more before releasing it, eh? It would have been modded out either way, but at least that way would have been less antagonistic towards the playerbase. Pfft.

I wonder when they'll nerf basements. Certainly an overpowered playstyle to just hide in a stockpile whenever something bad happens. Raiders can't get inside, the temperature is always locked at 16 degrees (a bit chilly, but easy to manage with temperature devices, ignoring the weather conditions on the surface) and completely ignores things like solar flares, EMI machines or psychic drones. Build your base around a stockpile bunker and a lot of problems simply go away. Build your base inside a stockpile and the only problem you have is not being able to accept Empire quests because they look for royal bedrooms on the surface, not in the basement. That's the only problem I've encountered (and can be easily bypassed with the dev console).

So, nerf when? Surely it's a better target than some Vac Barrier that is functionally just one of those leather door flaps animals use, but better at blocking temperature? Where's the lore snippet explaining why they only turn on in space anyway?

Where's the late game tech that requires techprints like royalty techs that enables you to reverse engineer gravship tech for colonies?

So, do the Vac Barriers only work in space or do they only work on gravship substructure? I guess if it only works on substructure you could just park your gravship in your colony and build around it. Expensive way to make a fridge or burn box though lol.

I had a not so similar bug with the chain launcher on my most recent run. With a couple friends and we chainshotted and when we collided on the chain the game lagged a little bit but returned to normal. Later on we did the same thing and it just straight up crashed all of our games. The best way to explain it is when one person was on the chain and another person jumped to where the first person was the game lagged the first time and then crashed entirely the second time. On the second time the person that jumped was teleported straight to the end of the chain.

Yes, but it becomes boring pretty fast if play non-stop, so I don't play it a lot.
But playing few competitive matches per month is pretty fine and enjoyable.

As said in the text I wonder if and when it should be. Any news??
