this is probably one of the easiest paradox grand strategy games there is (imo atleast) but it does take a while to learn, and the best way to learn is just to play game and watch videos on it

Ah yes. Because the game with the biggest Maps in it, that came out last. Totally had peak map design.

Maps need to be big and empty to be good.

You must be brain dead. The point of battlefield wasn't to run and gun. It was to have strategy to win the battle. It wasn't about TDM like this ♥♥♥♥ is.

My take is it should function like a really long Experimental Infusion stim, and then your Diver's heart implodes or whatever and that's the end of it. Regen health, the damage reduction and speed boost for a solid 10-12 seconds or so and then you're done. (Maybe you also get the unflinching trait temporarily as well?) That, to me, would give plenty of time for a "last hurrah" before dying as then you'd actually have the opportunity to do something before dying again.

This has nothing to do with the game my friend.

Something is altering your screen resolution or aspect ratio.

Most likely your driver or monitor/tv doing it.

NVIDIA and Adrenaline also has automatic scaling features which can cause screen distortion.

I have encountered similar problems in the past, usually can be solved changing resolution/screen modes. No matter what I change it will not stay, it will change for second then snap back into the default screen ratio.
I use a laptop which comes with a dedicated monitor. Not using any outside monitors only the one that directly coordinates with my laptop. It generally uses 1920x1080, also sometimes one of the F keys can also reset the screen for games. Usually when they start off in a window. That also does not work the ratio always stays the same. I can change it and save it but it never actually changes the ratio. Only for a brief moment then goes back to the default ratio. Which cuts of about 10% to 15% of the screen towards the right. The game even seems centered like actually playing it isn't a problem. Just can't see some dialogue and partially can only see some options. If you just moved that stuff a little further to the left wouldn't even be a problem.

FWIW I had absolutely no sound in this game, despite all other Steam games working fine... found a bunch of 10 year old threads, & unfortunately none of the advice I could find worked... so if you're stuck, what worked for me was to delete/rename

%APPDATA%/Arrowhead/Gauntlet/user_settings.config

You'll have to redo display settings etc., but that fixed my sound issue straight away :)
