What I am finding is that the next generation is usually stronger than the previous generation when I am within 5 levels of their predecessor. Their base stats are generally pretty close their parents right from the start.

There is an open question on whether or not morale affects the stat outcomes of children/marriage. So far - from what little testing I've done - it seems that Morale isn't a factor - but I cannot be certain.

When I get a new recruit through marriage or children, I spend a bit of gold while they are on level 1 to max their stamina out (Stamina purchases scale with levels). This will be the only time I spend gold on Stamina. During Act !, I power leveled them to Level 5 and they were just a straight better replacement to their parents immediately on their first deployment.

Still testing that theory in Act II, but so far, it has held true.

Stamina doesnt affect children.

And this method felt perfect! Get the parents around level 10 after draining their stamina, retire them, use the gold on their kids to max their stamina, then level them up.

This game was also black-screening on my Reverb G2 headset after entering the main menu or starting a game. The compatibility mode fix seems to work here too.

You guys have to play versus. Then form a team and beat the enemy team in a 4v4.

They probably can't even separate it from the beta, and even if they could they wouldn't want to because part of the beta's purpose is to calibrate the effectiveness of their anticheat.

I've been playing solo with no real difficulty. Just gotta adjust the options when creating a new world/save.

Ayup, it's dominating discussion quite hard.
And truth be told, i get it. Like i said earlier, i'm also not a big fan of it.
There are plenty good reasons to be opposed to generative AI art.

However, i think generating a handful of repetitive background textures is the least offensive way to use it. I'd had a *much* bigger issue with being used to generate actual main art assets.
