Well, if your military assets are worth 500 Millions or around 1 Billion (can't recall the exact number), you can strart a special research project to start a "crisis", which is basically the "random fleet jumps into a sector" you're asking for.
Now, if the Xenon can actually build new stations is another question.

Oh and you can't wipe out the Kha'ak. You can destroy their outposts and hives, which will prevent them from spawning ships. But the hives and outposts respawn after some (ingame) days, so Kha'ak ships can also spawn again.

Yes they are still around but do nothing .

How do you start this project ? I have billions in the bank, stations with hundreds of millions in them and a big fleet . The assets must be 15 billion or so, yet I have never heard of this .

Cross play multiplayer doesnt work.
When i go to skills upgrade menu my game freezes and only thing i can do is just press "Win" button and logout my win account. WTF. It is 2 weeks since i found and reported this bugs.

Well.. They did indeed fixed the "missing classes issue" (after opening with endings or quests) by giving everyone "all classes with no need to do quests or endings"

Well, better "something than nothing".

Arguably didn't matter since level-based matchmaking was only one month old before getting patched out and all the equipment/spells starting classes have are scattered about the game. Level-based matchmaking and invasion pvp made starting classes deeper choices just like in Souls games and Soul Level based matchmaking. Another oh well moment.

it would be nice if more weapon modders made use of the 45 degree foregrip. I don't trust bethesda to make a decent weapon though. If they make an upgradable Board then they've met my expectation.

I joined a game late and got separated from the squad fighting bugs. Got kicked near the end of a mission and I got to the LZ, found their corpses, looted the samples and extracted in style. Got a five star mission rating and finished the campaign all for 7 minutes of me fighting. AH nailed this formula really well. 😂👍
