Don't do that, that's a macro and if there are any checks, perma ban, even just mentioning can result in ban.

Really ANYTHING that requires multiple clicks should be automatically press and hold.

the behaviour score is operated by some sort of a language model and it also bases its decisions from stuff like how many people muted you

Does adding a lunch period to their schedule help? I stuck one in mostly to keep moral up, but they do like to grab another meal as well. I've also got cooked food storage and cooks working around the clock, and haven't seen this issue.

They dont need a "lunch break" to eat. They'll eat and drink from their inventory anytime their bar gets low enough. They replenish their inventory on breaks. But if their bars get low enough theyll go grab new food even during a work shift

Scheduling a period in the middle of the shift to take care of personal needs was meant to prevent them getting hungry/thirsty/cold enough to disrupt their work. Also means that, when they drop everything to knock off work for a bit, the warehouse workers do so as well rather than snaffling up their materials.

Hopefully forever. This isn't a real multiplayer game, it's a single player game with a multiplayer option/mode. When games like this "go multi", it ruins the single player experience for the vast majority just so that a few people can play together.
