This isn't EA requiring you to change something: Changing this has been recommended since Windows 11 release. If you are incapable of adapting to modern software, that's a you problem.

You won't be playing ANY online multiplayer games without enabling this setting come Christmas.

Valve, Activision and Riot games also use this requirement now.

I've seen a dozen one man studios work faster too, still feels like Early Access update frequency, waiting months for small updates, this was the one thing I hoped 1.0 would have changed.

I don't like that it's a "ghost tool" either. And the clinically corporate look is boring.
I have the "customized" version of the omni tool and Sca.b2k but those aren't much of an improvement either.

The convenience of having all tools in one however is undeniable and a nice step forward, i just wish it wasn't so awkward.

I agree with you about the speed upgrade unlocking wing weapons, it's a bit of a stretch, but we were forced to implement it that way.

Regarding tutorials, due to the feedback we received during the demo period, we developed the game hints system, which took quite a bit of effort. I'm aware it's not ideal, but it does help a little. Of course, a proper tutorial would do a much better job, but it's time-consuming and very difficult to fit into the development schedule.

If it helps, we do have simple training missions planned, which players will be able to complete, essentially, they will act as a tutorial.

Yeah, same here. Just built level 3 hall. And now everything is unplayable. Because the mods are missing. So annoying...

nah i dunno about the " hundreds of player" in the game. And just because your source is legit "trust me bro, i recorded it" its not a fact lol. i trust more a site that uses ingame data given like steamdb. And even if that "hundreds" is real there are still not enough for a extraction game that legit doesnt get any love anymore. or since the last update
