The Trader quest level is consistent with all traders. Trader quests are provided to players for POIs within a certain distance of that particular trader. Further, quest point progress can be seen from the quest menu. It will show something like (45/60) above the quest tracker.

If a player is intent on playing the Trader Quest Treadmill, then they need to find different trader(s).

If a player is really adventurous they just go out and loot any POI that looks interesting, no quest required.

Gojko has to be the pilot if i remember right, when your looking for it, i switched to Klare thinking she was gonna fly it, while she does fly the pirate plane, you need him flying your plane, just like the Ghost mission you need the right person as pilot.
