As wiki said base cuddle interval = 28800 seconds, you apply multiplier=0.01 and your single game settings apply another multiplier=0.17 (something wrong with single, bcs actually more than 0.17 or something else, need tests), so you got 28800*0,01*0,17 = 49 seconds between imprint requests.
Amount of % after imprint formula V = Imprint amount multiplier / (Total maturation time / (mature speed multiplier * default cuddle time * cuddle interval multiplier) - 0.25).

Example:
Imprint amount multiplier = 1
Specie Yutyranus
Total maturation time = 666667 seconds
Your mature speed multiplier = 1,5*35 = 52,5 (35 mult for single player setting)
Default cuddle time = 28800 seconds
Your cuddle interval multiplier = 0,01*0,17 = 0,0017
V = 1 / (666667 / (52,5*28800*0,017)-0,25)
V = 1 / (666667 / 2570,4 - 0,25)
V = 1 / 259,1 = 0,004 = 0,4% per imprint

Sorry - just checked. I was getting Greenland mixed up with Iceland! When following the walkthrough I am moving my subs to NE Iceland (in fact, in the manual there’s even a screenshot showing you where to plot your course, and that’s what I’m following). Anyway, the enemy ship is still not located where it should be.

It's definitely very playable now if you have a decent PC, but if you've waited this long you may decide to wait for the engine swap. If I were you I'd buy it with a nice 30% discount now and try it. If you're not impressed you can come back to it after the engine update.

True. And you know what's worse? You get it after finishing the best boss fight in this game. I understand that changing the color is much easier than creating a whole new skin, but it had to be such a boring color. The one from Ninja Gaiden Ragebound is much better, which is a black outfit with a golden katana.
