You are a bad Ironbreaker then. Even the most basic shield&axe Ironbreaker should not be holding block, you are useless if you do. IB must create space and he excels at that with push -> charged shield punch -> animation cancel back to push rotation that staggers and also provokes (yes, pushing agroes enemies) everything. You can also do push -> heavy -> heavy rotation when you need to add damage. With things like 2h hammer you just keep swinging heavies against hordes and light attacks against elites.
And if you want dwarf that gets you high numbers and high performance - Slayer. Slayer is da best.
