There's a bunch of people who dedicate a lot of time to building specific subsystems as efficiently as they can, especially engines. There's a bunch of so called engine platforms floating around on the workshop, with prefabable designs that are better than you or I or 90% of the regular playerbase could ever make.

If you find a proper one you're essentially set for powerplants. Just make sure you download a creditable and fairly recent one.

There is no option to continue a save file in the beta version. Only able to start new game. Is there a fix for this?

A bit disappointing if you ask me, Acura, Ford, Lexus, and Ferrari are still absent, apparently after this Reiza is gonna focus on other things aside from endurance racing which I hope isn’t true because this is the best sim in my opinion for IMSA. I’d hate to even touch IRacing if Reiza don’t add the other cars or put Endurance Racing aside altogether

What issues do the new demos have? I haven't played a match yet and I don't want to thanks to this update. I had rightfully assumed that my demos would not break because of one update. Now I just have a bunch of useless files taking up space..

ya get mi wrong, bredren! di new demos ain't got no issues, dem fine like a plate a curry goat pepper pot! it's ya own computer dat a problem, ya might wanna try reformatting yuh whole system, dat's da ticket! or maybe ya just need to update ya graphics card, dat's probably it, mon!

Trade is automated in 1.9.x. You can see what you're trading on the right of your screen on the market info. Really helpful, it lists any shortages and all trades and where they're going.

Convoys are only for military supply now.

You need firearms or whatever to be available on the (world) market to buy them at all. New resources are often limited or really expensive. Tarriffs/subvension is what you use to incerease/decrease the amount of import/exports, set for each good.

Market access is (mostly) not having enough infrastructure rating. You need it to be positive. Can be increased by ports (3) or railroads (20). You can increase the amount of trade done/possible by building trade centers, but if you have companies with rights to build them, you don't need to know how to make them profitable. Basically, just sort them and increase whenever they are red or at least give green productivity bonus.

Certain products are expensive if they have more buy orders than sell orders. It takes a while for the market price to catch up to demand/supply, therefore it's a better metric.

SoL just means you need to build more or more productive buildings there. Often, the private sector will fix this for you. You need to have consumption taxes, preferably on the wealthy to balance your budget most of the time.

There's several reasons they're not hirirg, wages not being high enough can be fixed by subsidies. Not enough people, with greener grass decree, or not qualified by social mobility and universities.
