Nope, nothing to do with Twitch but blame GGG for not including his country in the promotion list. Twitch is not even banned in his country which seems to be Czech Republic. I've seen games use twitch drops which are limited to certain residents of a country so this is one of those cases. Also, we don't know if this guy even linked his right account to twitch to claim drops yet.

Как и сказал ищу человечка, не рептилоида, андроида и так далее. Установки чтобы были адекватные без загонов. Выживаю на своем сервере с реалистичными настройками и парочкой модов для реализма. Можно начать заново, одному конечно в кайв, но с собеседником лучше. Люблю небольшие челледжи. Касательно собственных загонов, повернут на хардкоре и вере, что жизнь нам дана одна навсегда.

there's something wrong with your PC then cause I playen on a 3080 and I get an average of 90 - 120 FPS on High and also dont forget this is only a beta but even so you shoul get a lot more FPS with your Beast PC so something must be wrong with it

Your comment is absolutely meaningless. He didn't state what graphics preset he runs it at nor did you state your resolution, DLSS preset or if you are using frame gen. There are two many factors that are absent for you to say something is wrong with his PC.

I'm using a laptop from 2016 or 2017. I often move my laptop to a different room or home. I don't need a fancy computer with the latest specs because "all" I play on Steam is TF2 with the occasional L4D2.
