I found a fix after more than 1.5 years.
It’s due to CPUs — they have a known Intel defect.

So, if you have a intel processor (i9 13900 or i9 14900)

You need to download the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU) from Intel.
I have an i9-14900KF, and I reduced my Core Performance Ratio from 57x to 54x. And guess what — the game works now.

Affected are the i9-13900 and i9-14900 processors. So I can 100% guarantee that it will work afterwards.
This issue doesn’t just affect Detroit: Become Human but also other games.

I have encountered a bunch more instances of getting stuck since this one. It's usually the speed boost item walls that causes blockage. Fix this, game is bugged like 20% of playthroughs.
